BUSINESS EDUCATION
Welcome to Riceville Business Education! Classes offered include personal finance, accounting, introduction to computer business applications, junior high computers, introduction to business, computer science, and entrepreneurship. Students will be taught the basics of computers in junior high and advanced concepts in high school. Personal finance prepares students to successfully create a plan for finances after high school. Accounting provides the basic framework to keep, maintain, and interpret financial records. Introduction to business and entrepreneurship provide students a foundation to manage and own a business. Computer science introduces students to two coding languages, Scratch and Python. Many classes are offered for college credit. Check the handbook for specific details.
