ENGLISH LEARNERS PLAN
The purpose of the LAU Plan is to promote English language development focusing on vocabulary and grammar while supporting the classroom or content teachers in their goals to meet the needs of all diverse learners.
LAU Plan
The district plan designed to meet the instruction needs of English Learners (ELs) is referred to as the Lau Plan (Lau v. Nichols, 1974).
