RICEVILLE MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL
Welcome to Riceville Middle School and High School, which serves to educate all students in grades 6th-12th. With roughly 175 students, the staff are able to provide individualized attention and curriculum support to help ensure all students receive a quality education and are able to excel. With additional career and technical programs available, students prepare for their futures and develop the necessary skill sets to succeed in college or the workforce upon graduating from Riceville High School.
Associate Principal Marcia Grimm , and Principal Heather Suckow
Marcia received her BA from the University of Northern Iowa and her MA in Education from Viterbo University. She completed the Iowa Principal Leadership Academy through Keystone AEA while obtaining her Administrative Endorsement.
Marcia Grimm has been in education for 33 years, 17 of which have been at Riceville. She serves as a 9-12 Spanish teacher, K-12 ELL coordinator, and high school principal.
Heather has been in education for 23 years. Heather received her bachelor's degree from Luther College and her Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Northern Iowa. She completed the Iowa Principal Leadership Academy through Keystone AEA while obtaining her Administrative Endorsement.
